What we offer

We provide the following services for adults:

• ADHD and Autism diagnostic assessments for adults (no availability currently)

• Individual therapy (including CAT, CBT, EMDR, narrative therapy, and integrative ACT, CFT, DBT-informed approaches) for trauma, burnout, identity, difficulties with relationships, and emotional regulation

• Couples & multi-partner therapy (for those experiencing relational conflict, feeling disconnected, or having intimacy difficulties) 

• Neuro and Queer Affirming Supervision available for psychologists and psychological therapists.

• Training packages and consultation sessions are available for organisations and businesses looking to improve their diversity and inclusion policies and better support queer and neurodiverse employees and service users.

• Neuro-affirming support to help you understand neurodiversity, sensory needs, communication, executive functioning, masking, and social connection.

• LGBTQ-affirming support to encourage the exploration of gender identity and sexuality. Working with internalised transphobia and homophobia, relational dilemmas, and dysphoria in an affirming space with queer psychologists 

All services are tailored to the individual, rooted in shared decision-making, and paced to your needs.
